IDRA Invites Applications for Chartered Secretary Listing

The Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA) of Bangladesh has officially invited applications from qualified individuals and firms for listing as Chartered Secretaries within the country’s insurance sector. Interested candidates and organisations are required to submit complete application forms along with all supporting documents by 5:00 pm on 25 January. The application process commenced on 5 January, and submission within the stipulated timeframe is mandatory.

According to the IDRA notification, listed Chartered Secretaries or firms will be entrusted with a range of critical responsibilities. These include secretarial compliance monitoring, corporate governance audits, independent assessment activities, and other duties as assigned by the authority.
