The Insurance Development and Regulatory Authority (IDRA) has officially announced the written examination results for the 7th-grade Deputy Director positions. Candidates who have successfully passed the written test are scheduled to appear for the subsequent oral examination on 3 February 2026.
The announcement was made through a notice signed by Md. Fazlul Haque, Member (Administration) of IDRA and Chairperson of the Selection Committee for grades 6–11. The notice confirmed that the written examination for the Deputy Director posts was conducted on 31 January 2026 as part of the structured recruitment process.
According to IDRA’s recruitment guidelines, candidates qualifying in the written examination will now proceed to the oral test, where their professional competencies, managerial skills, and overall suitability for the role will be evaluated. The oral examination is intended to ensure that only highly qualified candidates are selected, thereby strengthening the authority’s human resource capacity and contributing to the efficiency of the country’s insurance sector.

The IDRA Administration-1 branch noted that candidates who participated in the written test were selected in accordance with the instructions issued at the time of the job circular, published on 23 April 2025.
