Popular Life Hosts Service Cell Conference and Insurance Claim Settlement Ceremony

Popular Life Insurance Company Limited organised its Service Cell In-Charge Conference alongside the formal handover of insurance claim cheques to policyholders. The event took place on Monday (4 May) at the auditorium of the Institution of Diploma Engineers, Bangladesh (IDEB) in Dhaka.

The programme was attended by senior officials of the company and focused on operational coordination within service cells as well as the structured distribution of insurance claim payments to eligible clients. The proceedings reflected the company’s internal administrative engagement with service delivery and claims settlement processes.

The chief guest of the conference was Mohammad Zahirul Islam Chowdhury, who represented the top leadership of the organisation. The special guests included B M Yousuf Ali, who also serves as President of the Bangladesh Insurance Forum.

The session was presided over by B M Shaukat Ali.

A range of senior executives from the company participated in the event, including additional managing directors, senior deputy managing directors, and other key officials responsible for financial, audit, and administrative functions.
