Allianz Malaysia Boosts Coverage to Drive Policy Uptake

In celebration of its 25th anniversary, Allianz Malaysia Berhad has unveiled a year-long campaign offering an additional 25% coverage on selected personal accident and lifestyle protection plans, aimed at enhancing policy value and encouraging new sign-ups.

The initiative, spearheaded by Allianz General Insurance Company (Malaysia) Berhad, applies to both new policyholders and existing customers who add new individuals to their plans. The campaign will run from 1 January to 31 December 2026.

Policyholders aged 40 and below who opt for Allianz Shield Plus will benefit from a 25% bonus on the principal sum insured, providing enhanced financial protection in the event of accidental injury or death. Meanwhile, customers selecting Allianz Lifestyle Protect will receive the same 25% top-up on selected lifestyle and living benefits.

Allianz Shield Plus offers comprehensive 24-hour worldwide personal accident coverage. Key features include:

  • Coverage up to $0.75 million (approximately RM3 million) for accidental death and permanent disablement.
  • Cashless hospital admission and discharge for accident-related medical expenses.

Allianz Lifestyle Protect, designed to safeguard daily living and personal assets, provides coverage for common lifestyle risks, including smart devices, credit cards, loans, and online purchases.
