Astha Life Insurance Company Limited and Sena Insurance PLC signed a group insurance agreement on Monday, 1 December, at Astha Life’s head office. Senior officials from both organisations attended the signing ceremony.
The agreement was signed by Brigadier General Shah Sagirul Islam, NDC, AFWC, PSC (Retired), CEO of Astha Life, and Brigadier General Shafik Shamim, PSC (Retired), CEO of Sena Insurance.
Under this agreement, all officers and employees of Sena Insurance will benefit from life and health insurance coverage through Astha Life’s group insurance scheme.
Astha Life Insurance is the only life insurance company in Bangladesh operated under the supervision of the Army Welfare Trust. The company has established new benchmarks in customer service, transparency, and accountability.
According to the chairman, the company continues to work to restore public confidence and security in life through its ‘next-generation insurance’ services. This agreement will play a crucial role in expanding group insurance opportunities.
