The Insurance Managers Association of Cayman (IMAC), the leading professional body representing insurance managers, captive insurance companies, and service providers in the Cayman Islands, has unveiled its 2026 Executive Committee during its Annual General Meeting held on 11 December 2025. The Association continues to serve as a crucial liaison with government authorities and regulatory bodies, promoting best practices and industry standards within the jurisdiction.
The newly appointed Executive Committee combines a blend of fresh perspectives and experienced leadership to steer IMAC’s strategic initiatives for the coming year. James Trundle of GCM assumes the role of Chair, succeeding Kieran Mehigan, and will be supported by Michael Wild of Artex as Vice Chair. Adam Vanicek of Marsh has been appointed Treasurer, while Joy Domingo of WTW takes on the role of Assistant Secretary.
In a demonstration of IMAC’s commitment to workforce growth, succession planning, and professional development, the Association has also launched a dedicated Talent Development Committee, chaired by Troy Matarazzo of Beecher Carlson. This new initiative aims to identify, mentor, and nurture emerging talent across the Cayman insurance sector, ensuring a sustainable pipeline of skilled professionals for the future.
Several committee members will continue in their existing roles, ensuring continuity and stability within the Association’s core programmes.
