AM Specialty Promotes Randall to Company Secretary
AM Specialty Insurance Group has promoted Thomas Randall to the role of Company Secretary at AM Specialty Insurance Company. Randall, who joined the organisation in 2023 as a junior attorney, most recently served as associate counsel.
In his new role, Randall will be responsible for overseeing corporate governance, regulatory filings, and administrative oversight, supporting the group’s operational and compliance objectives across its multiple subsidiaries.
Randall holds a Doctor of Law from the University of North Texas Dallas College of Law, where he was a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honor Society. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Arizona.
PIWA Elects 2025–26 Officers and Directors
The Professional Insurance Wholesalers Association (PIWA) has elected its officers and directors for the 2025–26 administrative year.
Kyle Burch, from W.H. Greene & Associates Inc. in East Aurora, NY, has been named president, having previously held the roles of vice president, treasurer, and secretary. Peter Burrous, of Johnson & Johnson in Charleston, SC, has been elected vice president. Dennis Lee of Munich RE in New York will serve as treasurer, while Paige Troy, also from Johnson & Johnson, returns as secretary.
Additionally, Jonathan Schwartz from Bridge Specialty Group and Joseph Farella of AmWins Insurance Brokerage have been newly elected to the board for two-year terms.
CIC Services Appoints Arms VP of Risk Management Consulting
CIC Services has appointed Jackson Arms as Vice President of Risk Management Consulting, effective Friday.
Arms brings over 15 years of consulting and risk advisory experience, with expertise spanning various sectors, including architecture and engineering, construction, government, healthcare, and education.
