Paul White Appointed as CEO Sedgwick International

Sedgwick announced on Monday that Paul White will take on the role of Chief Executive Officer for the International division, effective from 1st January 2026.

Currently serving as the regional CEO for International and based in London, Mr White will continue to oversee strategic initiatives across Sedgwick’s international markets. He will work closely with regional CEOs and operational teams to drive the company’s global objectives, according to a statement from the company.

Mr White has held the position of regional CEO, International, for the past six years, during which he has managed operations across the UK, Australia, Asia, the Middle East, New Zealand, and South Africa. Before this, he served as Sedgwick’s UK CEO and Chief Operating Officer. His significant experience in the insurance and risk management sectors has been pivotal in driving Sedgwick’s growth and strengthening its operations worldwide, the company said.

Mr White will step into his new role following the retirement of Tom Simoncic, the current President of Global Property and International, who has been with Sedgwick for 18 years. Simoncic’s retirement marks the end of an era, and the company expressed gratitude for his long and distinguished service.

As CEO of International, Mr White is expected to build upon the strong foundations laid by his predecessors and continue Sedgwick’s expansion in global markets.
