Harford Mutual Donated $600,000 in 2025

Bel Air, Maryland, 15 January 2026 — Harford Mutual Insurance Group (HMIG) has announced that it contributed nearly $600,000 to over 90 nonprofit and charitable organisations in 2025. This effort forms part of HMIG’s signature “Gives Back” programme, which focuses on supporting healthcare initiatives, humanitarian services, and community development projects across Maryland and beyond.

Through this philanthropic activity, HMIG has reaffirmed its long-standing commitment to social responsibility and community support. The company has particularly prioritised relief efforts during extreme weather and natural disasters. For instance, in 2025 HMIG provided $20,000 to assist victims of storms in Kentucky and $10,000 to support flood relief efforts in Western Maryland.
