Navi General Insurance, the insurance arm of India-based financial services company Navi, has expanded its motor insurance claims ecosystem under its “Cashless Anywhere” initiative by adding new service partners and significantly increasing its cashless garage network.
The company has announced three new partners—GoMechanic, myTVS, and AIS Windshield Experts—through which customers will gain access to a wider network of authorised partner garages and windshield service centres. This expansion is intended to facilitate cashless servicing for motor insurance claims, allowing policyholders to repair vehicles without making upfront payments at approved service locations.
In addition, ReadyAssist has been appointed to provide 24×7 roadside assistance services across more than 19,000 pin codes in India. The company will also support Navi’s requirement for in-person physical claims surveys across the country, strengthening operational coverage for claim assessment and assistance services.
Alongside the partnership expansion, Navi General Insurance reported a substantial increase in its cashless garage network. As of May 2026, the network has grown to over 1,600 garages, more than doubling from approximately 710 garages recorded in January 2026. The company has set a further target of expanding this network to over 3,000 garages by June 2026.
Motor insurance remains a significant segment within India’s general insurance market. According to Navi, it accounts for approximately 32% of total general insurance premiums in the country, underlining the importance of efficient claims processing infrastructure and widespread service accessibility.
